SASAME brand swivels are, with a few exceptions, made from stainless steel. Stainless steel is expensive, but compared with brass products, stainless steel is much stronger and lighter. Discerning anglers know the importance of quality swivels. SASAME strives to maintain the highest levels of quality in these tiny products. Our stainless steel swivels are, of course, entirely made in Japan.
